     REV. FRANK E. HARPSTER III
     Senior Pastor


          Pastor Frank comes to us from the Allegheny Synod of the
          ELCA where he served several congregations in
          Pennsylvania.  He served as the pastor at St. Mark
          Lutheran Church, Snydertown (2015-2018) and vacancy 
          pastor of Salem Lutheran Church, Aaronsburg and St. John
          Lutheran Church, Millheim (2016-2018). Prior to that, he
          served as pastor of Zion Lutheran Church, Meyersdale
          (2005-2015).  While serving at Zion, he served as     
          vacancy pastor at St. Luke Lutheran Church, Rockwood,
          Holy Trinity Lutheran Church, Confluence and as the
          Interim Executive Director at Camp Sequanota,
          Jennerstown. 
Pastor Frank has a BA degree from 
          Pennsylvania State University and a MDiv. Degree from the
          Lutheran Theological Seminary at Gettysburg. Pastor Frank
          resides in Ocean City, MD.

             REV. HARRY BILES
          Assistant Pastor
             Senior Adult Ministry (S.A.M.)
             

             Pastor Biles is currently serving as Asst. Pastor  at St. Peter's and is
            responsible for Senior Adult Ministry.  Prior to his retirement in
            November 2010, Pr. Biles served three former congregations: 
            St. Nicodemus, East Aurora, NY (1973-1980); Holy Trinity, Laurel, MD
            (1980-2001); Resurrection, Lebanon, OH (2001-2010).
            Pr. Biles holds a BA degree from Capital University, Columbus, OH, and
            a MDiv from Evangelical Lutheran Theological Seminary, Columbus, OH. 
            Pr. Biles and his wife, Deacon Sharey Biles, live in Berlin, MD, and have
            been members of St. Peter’s since moving to Berlin, MD in 2011.

An Eastern Shore native, Elsworth Wheatley has been at St. Peter's since 1988.  He graduated from Salisbury University with a degree in Music Education and from Shennandoah University with a degree in Church Music.  He, his wife (Terri), and daughter (Mary Jo), and two dogs live in nearby Berlin.

Office Manager
Amy Morgan

Amy Morgan joined our team to serve as Office Manager on December 10, 2012.  Her professional background is in office administration and bookkeeping.  Amy has served as a church Communications Director, Administrative Council member, Youth & Sunday School volunteer/coordinator and as a vocalist. She currently resides in Fenwick Island, DE with her greatest blessing, daughter Candace.
